Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the ONW P&L for the ONW East Europe and MENAT regions.

• Concentrate on O&M site costs, financial performance contracts (FPC), and the closing/reporting processes within ONW.

• Deliver financial updates and assist operational teams with KPI updates and weekly pacing rhythms.

• Oversee and support staff in tracking site performance and ensuring access to site finance and resources, which includes O&M tools and processes.

• Monitor portfolio performance in relation to Operations and as-sold contracts CMR and PMR.

• Collaborate with Services Directors to promote standardized processes and practices.

• Spearhead cost reduction initiatives across projects and services, ensuring implementation throughout the portfolio.

• Identify and apply strategies to maximize synergies across various functions.

• Provide operational leadership to foster excellence at Onshore Services sites.

• Work alongside Hub Managers to oversee field service engineers.

• Lead initiatives to guarantee outstanding customer service.

• Ensure compliance with SQDC culture and operational safety policies, including relevant EHS regulations and employee safety practices.

• Guide and support the O&M Finance Analysts team through in-depth financial analysis and achieving financial KPIs.

• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from commercial ITO handoff to the execution of services on-site.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Execution roles.

• Minimum of 5 years in Wind Services Finance.

• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as necessary.

• GE FMP / CAS certification.

• Strong analytical skill set.

• Proven history of execution, problem-solving, and clear strategic thinking.

• Capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and creativity.
