Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the FP&A processes for the residential solar installation team.

• Provide financial information and analysis to management.

• Collaborate closely with senior operations leadership to deliver financial insights regarding installation center performance nationwide.

• Create P&L forecasts incorporating inputs from operational leadership.

• Work in partnership with operational leaders to project revenue and performance outcomes.

• Discover savings opportunities by identifying process gaps and areas needing improvement.

• Team up with the residential installation finance group to uphold monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

• Evaluate actual financial data to monitor and assess forecasting inputs.

• Collect actual financial information to offer operational insights.

• Counsel senior management on policy development and long-term strategic goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Master’s degree accompanied by 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong preference for experience in the Renewable Energy Sector.

• Proficiency in Anaplan, Salesforce, Qliksense, or Oracle.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
