Senior Finance Analyst, DT&D – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Conduct and assess financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analysis.

• Convert financial metrics into actionable insights to enhance decision-making, performance, and business expansion.

• Assess opportunities for new business development.

• Create ad hoc analyses and intricate financial and non-financial models.

• Spearhead improvements in data and technology to support the standardization and simplification of finance processes.

• Compile complex financial reports and presentations.

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional financial teams.

• Design and execute tools, benchmarks, models, and reporting mechanisms.

• Oversee significant financial risks and aid in integrated business planning, forecasting, and operational reviews.

• Track operational performance through financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation.

• Facilitate commercial discussions and prepare quantitative summaries of future estimates for senior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; typically, this equates to 5 years or more of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English.

• A background in or familiarity with Digital Technology and Data is preferred.
