This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform detailed financial analyses, encompassing profitability assessments, variance evaluations, and financial modeling.
• Develop and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Work closely with supply chain, commercial, and sales teams to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Assist in the formulation of business cases, conduct cost analyses, and assess strategic initiatives.
• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of financial tools, automation initiatives, and standardized procedures.
• Conduct post-investment evaluations and suggest corrective measures.
• Enhance reporting, forecasting, and the quality of financial data.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects, including pricing strategies, cost-saving initiatives, and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to activities related to commercial pricing and quotations.
• Assist with month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, Supply Chain Finance, and Integrated Business Planning reporting.
• Address ad-hoc financial inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and support senior, executive management, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance or FBP training, with a focus on controlling, accounting, and taxation is preferred.
• Experience in finance and controlling in a multicultural setting.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior executives and customers.
• Solid background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or group controlling.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• High degree of integrity and trustworthiness when managing confidential information.
• Capacity to think creatively and devise innovative solutions.
• Highly adaptable to varying business environments and requirements.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and productivity under pressure and heavy workloads.
• Strong functional and technical proficiency in finance and controlling.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, BW, and Hyperion/Oracle.
• Strong business acumen and understanding.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines without supervision.
• Position can be located anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for the Eastern or Central time zones.
• Working hours may vary between 7 AM and 6 PM local time to accommodate U.S. and European operations.
