Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute Accounts Payable operational processes.

• Handle daily invoice entry and processing within established timelines and accuracy standards.

• Perform quality audits.

• Manage the general mailbox.

• Generate system-driven reports for the business line and process backup reports.

• Prepare and review functional process documentation.

• Document processing exceptions.

• Record received documentation and information accurately.

• Identify queries, data gaps, and missing information.

• Address queries promptly.

• Monitor user acceptance and assist with issue investigations.

• Ensure productivity and efficiency align with business needs.

• Foster client relationships and address concerns effectively.

• Meet or exceed client-specific KPIs and survey metrics.

• Contribute to the development of best practices.

• Mentor, train, and guide team members as necessary.

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Flexibility and adaptability with a readiness for change.

• Ability to effectively manage daily stress and emotions.

• Persistence, care, caution, and openness to new ideas.

• Graduation in Commerce or Finance, along with relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of industry experience in a corporate setting, third-party service provider, or consultancy.

• Preferred knowledge of accounting principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Awareness of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle is advantageous.
