Finance Analyst, Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Utilize knowledge in Accounts Payable processes and assist in enhancing digital processes.

• Oversee the execution of business processes related to product release planning and expansion initiatives.

• Conduct invoice entry and processing within established timelines and accuracy benchmarks.

• Adhere to process documentation while performing daily invoice entry and quality audits.

• Manage the general mailbox effectively.

• Generate system-driven reports for the business line and create backup reports post data entry.

• Prepare and evaluate functional process documents.

• Document exceptions encountered during processing.

• Log received documentation and relevant information accurately.

• Identify data inconsistencies, missing information, and inquiries, resolving them promptly.

• Monitor user acceptance and assist in investigations to address issues.

• Ensure productivity and efficiency align with business requirements.

• Foster client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

• Meet client-specific KPIs and survey criteria.

• Engage in the development of best practices.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt and embrace change with flexibility.

• Capability to manage daily stress and effectively regulate personal and others' emotions.

• Demonstrated persistence, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance, along with relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.

• A minimum of 1–3 years of industry experience in a corporate setting, as a third-party service provider, or in a consulting capacity.

• Preferred knowledge of accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Awareness of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle is advantageous.
