AP Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the accounts payable process for entities in Europe and France.

• Manage the AP inbox and oversee the complete invoice and payment workflow independently.

• Assess incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and valid approvals.

• Address any disputed invoices until a resolution is achieved.

• Record invoices and group them for payment using the correct payment method.

• Daily monitoring and organization of the AP inbox.

• Reconcile transactions related to Pleo and Ramp cards.

• Keep track of missing receipts, descriptions, and coding while reminding cardholders.

• Manage and reconcile vendor master data.

• Construct, organize, and maintain the AP folder structure along with necessary documentation.

• Create automations related to Pleo and Ramp across the SaaS brand portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or payment operations, with a strong focus on payment processing.

• Experience with European entities is highly advantageous.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Pleo and Ramp.

• Experience in developing workflow automations related to Pleo and Ramp is beneficial.

• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Clear and proactive communication style with vendors, cardholders, and team members.

• Ability to primarily work during Central European Time (CET) business hours.

• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and the quality of work.

• A keen interest in emerging AI capabilities and the ability to identify practical daily applications.
