Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute the business processes related to Accounts Payable.

• Perform daily entry and processing of invoices, adhering to established timelines and accuracy standards.

• Carry out quality audits and manage the general mailbox.

• Generate system-driven reports for the business line and create backup reports following data entry.

• Prepare and review documentation for functional processes.

• Capture any exceptions that arise during processing.

• Record received documentation and pertinent information.

• Identify queries, data discrepancies, and missing information.

• Address queries in a timely manner.

• Monitor user acceptance and assist in investigations to resolve issues.

• Ensure productivity and efficiency in line with business requirements.

• Provide top-tier client service and foster robust client relationships.

• Meet client-specific KPIs and fulfill survey requirements.

• Engage in the development of best practices.

• Mentor and train team members as needed.

• Support agile methodologies, continuous improvement, product release planning, and expansion of the LaSalle Digital Experience platform.

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to embrace change.

• Openness to new ideas.

• Capability to manage daily stress and regulate both personal and others’ emotions.

• Diligence, care, and caution in work tasks.

• A degree in Commerce or Finance, along with relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a corporate setting, third-party service provider, or consultancy.

• Preferably, knowledge of accounting principles.

• High attention to detail.

• Familiarity with the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle is advantageous.
