
Senior Field Supervisor – PCB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide supervisory oversight for the execution of pre- and post-sales services and support for clients/customers.
• Spearhead all aspects of customer retention (CRM), which includes engaging in the resolution of customer issues and formulating a customer contact strategy.
• Assess operational processes and procedures to pinpoint enhancements in service delivery and benefits for customers.
• Conduct training needs assessments.
• Implement established procedures within the customer service department.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and departments such as manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to address inquiries regarding status, production, delivery, and billing.
• Review and process warranty claims.
• Manage return materials authorization (RMA) procedures to ensure that customer returns, exchanges, services, and repairs are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Select, develop, and assess personnel to guarantee the effective operation of the function.
• Provide guidance to employees in alignment with established policies and management directives.
• Suggest modifications to group policies.
• Evaluate situations and data, exercising judgment within established procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups.
• Conduct presentations of technical information related to specific projects or timelines.
• Directly supervise both exempt employees and skilled, non-exempt employees.
• Act as an advisor to units or sub-units, actively engaging as necessary to adhere to schedules and address challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a technical team.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Capability to provide supervisory guidance for pre- and post-sales services and support.
• Proficient in customer retention (CRM) practices.
• Ability to analyze operational processes and procedures effectively.
• Skills to conduct training needs assessments.
• Proficiency in liaising with customers and departments such as manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting.
• Familiarity with warranty claims and return materials authorization (RMA) processes.
• Competence in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel.
• Ability to supervise exempt and/or skilled non-exempt employees.
• Capability to present technical information effectively.
