Senior Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, corrective service, and telephone support.

• Offer on-site and remote assistance for laboratory and production process testing instruments.

• Execute service operations in accordance with established ISO-certified policies and procedures.

• Accurately document all service activities.

• Engage in continuous education and training as necessary to fulfill customer requirements.

• Provide support to customers located in the Western United States.

• Travel 65–70% within the territory and occasionally to other regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree in electrical or equivalent work/military experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant field service support is required for candidates with an associate degree.

• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree along with 3+ years of experience qualifies.

• Alternatively, an HS Diploma with 7+ years of experience qualifies.

• Preferred experience includes network support, computer repair, OS restoration, and software configuration.

• A strong knowledge of calibration and electronic test equipment is highly desired.

• General software proficiency, including Win10, Win11, and MS Office365.

• Willingness to travel up to 65–70%, both domestically and internationally.

• A valid US driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the past 3+ years.

• Authorization to work in the US.

• Capability to obtain a US passport.

• Strong electro-mechanical technical skills.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to operate with a significant degree of independence.
