Senior Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct onsite installation, maintenance, and upgrades of equipment

• Educate customers on the proper use and care of products

• Create processes and documentation for standard service procedures

• Identify trends and patterns in field failures, and relay insights to the development team

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

• Offer support to engineering and manufacturing teams as necessary

• Engage in occasional off-hours calls and work as required

• Travel frequently, approximately 75–90%

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is preferred but not mandatory

• Must possess a hands-on approach to tasks

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with mechanical and electrical systems

• Significant customer service experience is essential

• Personal vehicle is required

• A valid passport is necessary

• Must be capable of international travel
