Senior Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair intricate equipment and systems.

• Comprehend the production process to pinpoint product or equipment failures and address them accordingly.

• Conduct product testing on-site.

• Execute technical repairs.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with customers.

• Offer consistent technical support and assist with system operation and maintenance.

• Act as the company's representative for customers on administrative and technical issues related to assigned tasks.

• Collaborate closely with both external and internal customers, including engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

• Address customer complaints and keep accurate records.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific discipline is mandatory, or an equivalent qualification.

• Four years of relevant engineering experience.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.

• Availability for overtime and weekend work when necessary.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, customer complaint resolution, and maintaining records.

• Proficient troubleshooting, technical, and customer service capabilities.

• Display honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior.

• Capability to conduct product testing and execute technical repairs.

• Must be able to work with moderate supervision and tackle problems of medium complexity.
