This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the US field marketing strategy, including planning, execution, and optimization aligned with regional pipeline, revenue, and target account objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and BDRs on quarterly strategies, ABM initiatives, lead follow-up, and shared pipeline goals.
• Develop multi-channel programs that encompass digital, content, webinars, partner initiatives, and strategic events tailored to trends in the US market.
• Craft audience-specific messaging and strategies for CISOs, security leaders, technical practitioners, and talent executives.
• Design targeted strategies to assist Sales in opening doors, expanding buying groups, advancing opportunities, and reviving stalled accounts.
• Oversee comprehensive event execution, including webinars, executive roundtables, and trade shows, ensuring dedicated pre- and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Channel, Technology, and Customer Marketing to implement joint campaigns, utilize customer stories, and foster regional advocacy.
• Manage the US budget, monitor pipeline creation and ROI, and continually optimize campaigns based on sales feedback and data analysis.
• Formulate the US marketing strategy, cultivate relationships with Sales, identify regional priorities and target accounts, initiate campaigns, and establish reporting and optimization practices.
• Work closely with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Brand, Communications, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
• Act as the marketing lead for the US market, aligning global marketing priorities with regional needs.
• Minimum of five years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience in marketing enterprise SaaS or technology solutions; a background in cybersecurity is highly preferred.
• Proven success in developing regional marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Expertise in creating marketing strategies that employ multiple channels and tactics beyond just events.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, buying groups, and opportunity acceleration.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales, Business Development, Partner, and Customer Success teams.
• Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and reporting platforms like HubSpot.
• Capacity to leverage data and business insights to prioritize initiatives, assess performance, and make informed investment decisions.
• Comfortable with both setting strategy and executing programs hands-on.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
