Senior Field Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of campaign deliverables and ensure they are completed on schedule.

• Support the planning, design, approval, proofing, and review processes for direct response campaign assets.

• Collaborate with both internal and external data analysts to compile and analyze monthly KPI reports.

• Gather and disseminate campaign data from multiple sources.

• Develop project and campaign templates for deployment and evaluate post-campaign performance.

• Manage and coordinate workflows between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign deployment.

• Assist with tracking expenses to maintain budget compliance.

• Undertake additional responsibilities that align with the company's Purpose, Brand Principles, and Organizational Values.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating campaign deployment for direct response marketing strategies is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, and/or Ambassador is advantageous.

• Capability to comprehend and manage intricate campaign and project matrices.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.

• Demonstrated project management skills are required.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment is essential.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Must possess the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
