
Senior Field Marketing Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the complete strategy, planning, and execution of corporate, sales, and field marketing events within the Ads and Programmatic sector.
• Oversee trade shows, regional customer events, executive programs, and partner activations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Marketing to drive pipeline and generate demand through events.
• Work with Sales on strategies for event audiences, invite lists, account prioritization, and follow-up actions.
• Lead the sourcing and contracting of venues, manage vendors and agencies, handle catering, transportation, A/V, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
• Manage event registration and attendance tracking using event platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing operations for post-event reporting, lead flow, and ROI evaluation.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for future regional and global initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal partners.
• Supervise event budgets, create purchase orders, obtain approvals, and reconcile with Finance and Procurement.
• Work closely with internal teams from marketing, product, and sales to meet Ads and Programmatic business objectives in North America.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, emphasizing sales-aligned, pipeline-driven programs.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors or agencies.
• Strong grasp of ground-level execution and strategic context.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent programs with changing priorities.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to addressing problems.
• Ability to adapt as deliverables and requests evolve during projects.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
• Experience in the technology or advertising sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience with technology platforms like Splash, Rainfocus, and Google Suite.
• Adequate proficiency in English for professional verbal and written communication.
