This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Oversee and coordinate NVIDIA's third-party event initiatives throughout Europe, encompassing industry conferences, trade shows, partner gatherings, and regional activities.
• Manage the entire event process from vetting and selection to production, on-site oversight, and post-event analysis.
• Establish and nurture relationships with European venues, agencies, and third-party event coordinators.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure NVIDIA's presence aligns with brand objectives and business goals.
• Handle event budgets, vendor agreements, and timelines across a diverse portfolio of events.
• Act as the primary on-site representative at European events.
• Identify new third-party event opportunities that align with NVIDIA's strategic goals in the European market.
• Travel extensively throughout Europe to execute events and cultivate market relationships.
• A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive event management experience.
• At least 4 years in a managerial role leading teams of five or more individuals.
• Extensive experience in managing third-party or sponsorship events within a global technology or enterprise setting.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Strong understanding of the European events landscape, including major conferences, trade exhibitions, and local nuances.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder events from inception to completion.
• Experience in overseeing event budgets, agency partnerships, and vendor agreements across various countries.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different time zones and cultures.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally on a global scale.
