Senior Field Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Educate and assist customers in the setup, protocol development, and implementation of staining assays.

• Participate in conferences and client meetings to showcase products.

• Address issues at customer locations and collaborate with technical support teams for resolution.

• Offer scientific applications support during assay development.

• Work alongside the Sales team to provide support before and after sales.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers through regular interactions, whether visits or calls.

• Travel to the Swiss location as needed to conduct product demonstrations.

• Document details and feedback from customer sites for the marketing and R&D teams.

• Assist in defining customer requirements for new product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Medicine, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with in-situ techniques, including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in-situ hybridization, multiomics, or microscopy.

• Knowledge of spatial data image analysis is a plus.

• Several years of experience in providing support to customers in a technical environment.

• Proficiency in creating effective technical support documentation.

• Familiarity with CRM applications is advantageous.

• Must be self-sufficient, confident, and innovative in conducting experiments.

• Strong customer service skills are essential.

• Proficient in English.

• Additional language proficiency in German, Italian, or French is preferred.
