This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with the Federal Sales Team to provide evidence-based clinical education and support to the Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense healthcare systems.
• Offer clinical education and evidence-based recommendations to Veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families.
• Act as a reliable clinical partner within the VA and DoD healthcare frameworks.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of diabetes-care initiatives across federal accounts.
• Educate providers, healthcare professionals, and patients by simplifying complex clinical concepts into actionable insights.
• Establish trusted relationships with providers, pharmacy leaders, administrators, contracting stakeholders, and other key influencers in federal healthcare.
• Create tailored presentations for both internal and external audiences, grounded in clinical evidence and data.
• Identify business opportunities and offer consultative support for customer decision-making and Federal sales strategies.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Training, Regulatory Affairs, and other partners at the home office.
• Collect and share marketplace insights to guide business strategy and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities while accommodating extensive travel requirements.
• Current CDCES or PharmD credential is required.
• Extensive knowledge in diabetes management, glucose interpretation, and continuous glucose monitoring technology.
• Experience in Federal healthcare systems, specifically within Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense settings.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• A graduate degree may be preferred, accompanied by 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: previous experience in Federal healthcare sales.
• Preferred: familiarity with government healthcare policies, processes, and stakeholder interactions.
• Preferred: military service or experience with military healthcare systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Federal Business Managers on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Capability to simplify complex clinical concepts into understandable, actionable information.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations to both internal and external audiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
