This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Document, evaluate, and enhance all office-related procedures for facilities support services.

• Procure and monitor facilities-related materials and labor, as well as process invoices.

• Establish operational standards for security badge processes and system maintenance.

• Ensure badges are valid and functional; assist in badging staff, vendors, and temporary personnel.

• Supervise administrative staff and manage workloads and schedules.

• Maintain facility databases and resource websites, while also supporting special projects.

• Oversee meeting arrangements and coordination.

• Review contractor/vendor scopes of work and evaluate their impact on the PowerSchool environment.

• Attend vendor meetings, coordinate any disruptions or changes, and supervise contractor activities.

• Inspect contractor work to guarantee adherence to safety practices and standard operating procedures.

• Enhance operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers, staff, and contractors/vendors.

• Contribute to departmental operating and capital budgets; procure supplies and track spending.

• Lead projects and engage in office committees and teams, including the Safety Committee.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience.

• Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions.

• Strong work ethic in addressing customer needs, with prompt and consistent responses.

• Capable of prioritizing multiple, conflicting, and urgent demands.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Effective communicator at all levels, both internally and externally, in written and verbal forms.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, particularly Word and Excel.

• Knowledgeable or willing to learn other facility-related software.

• Familiar with card reader systems and security protocols.
