Senior Executive Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders in various business segments to establish talent strategies for critical roles, such as Presidents and other executive positions.

• Act as a vital consultant to senior leadership throughout the executive recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

• Oversee and nurture executive talent pipelines comprising both internal and external candidates by employing advanced sourcing methodologies, tools, and systems.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that recruiting strategies align with the needs and growth objectives of each operating company.

• Leverage analytics and data insights to enhance recruitment processes and promote ongoing improvements.

• Convert market trends and insights into practical talent strategies.

• Mentor and guide both new and existing team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in a mid-to-large size executive search firm and/or as part of a top-tier in-house executive search team.

• Demonstrated experience in leading full-cycle executive recruitment initiatives.

• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to propel talent initiatives that support business growth.

• A data-driven approach with the capability to discern trends, tackle complex recruitment challenges, and achieve outstanding results.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools, including ATS, CRM (Thrive preferred), and various sourcing systems.

• Capability to influence and advise senior leadership regarding executive talent issues.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
