Senior Executive, Cold Chain

📋 Description

• Deliver assistance and training to ensure the effective utilization of sales systems.

• Sustain and enhance sales systems, which encompass customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing upkeep, shelf auditing, and reporting functions.

• Assist users with specific technical issues in collaboration with IT service providers.

• Propel ongoing enhancement of current software.

• Automate new processes to improve efficiency.

• Provide comprehensive business and customer analysis along with insights.

• Promote best practices by simplifying processes, increasing efficiency, ensuring consistency, and aligning common outputs across accounts.
