This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist a senior Australian executive across various businesses and board positions.
• Create presentations and decks for board, executive, and client audiences.
• Convert raw data into concise, actionable insights.
• Review reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and identify any gaps.
• Prepare and format reports and board documentation.
• Provide comprehensive executive support via email, documents, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Monitor deadlines and commitments across multiple organizations.
• Deliver work directly to the executive in a backend role that does not involve phone or client interactions.
• Proven experience supporting an executive, business owner, or senior leader in an EA, senior administration, or business support capacity.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Capability to create presentations and decks from initial rough drafts for board-level audiences.
• Confidence in working with datasets in Google Sheets and articulating findings.
• Exceptional written English skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably within an Australian, US, or UK organization.
• Familiarity with board reporting or governance documentation.
• Experience managing multiple entities or stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and analysis.
• Self-provided equipment: computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, 512GB HDD/SSD, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer), Windows 11 Home or Pro, power backup, secondary/external monitor, noise-cancelling headset, webcam, and minimum upload and download speeds of 40–50 Mbps.
• NBI or police clearance.
• Government-issued identification.
• BIR self-registration and necessary government contributions as an independent contractor.
• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday.
• Completion of an English proficiency test and personality assessment.
