This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
β’ Oversee daily schedules for the sales leadership team, which includes managing calendars and organizing meetings and commitments.
β’ Facilitate both internal and external meetings and assist with necessary documentation.
β’ Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, accommodations, scheduling, and expense reconciliation.
β’ Discover opportunities to enhance value and proactively boost leadership productivity.
β’ Streamline operations and processes while sharing innovative ideas with the team.
β’ Assist with special projects, including team events, offsite meetings, and community-building initiatives.
β’ Engage with internal and external stakeholders while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
β’ Develop and maintain internal documentation, disseminate knowledge, and format leadership communications.
β’ Collaborate across functions to support sales leadership and the organization as a whole.
β’ 3β7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar capacity.
β’ Prior experience working alongside senior leaders in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple calendars effectively.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
β’ Highly self-driven; demonstrates discretion, tact, and professionalism.
β’ Detail-oriented and organized; capable of maintaining composure under tight deadlines.
β’ Proficient in Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
β’ Skilled in fostering and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Availability to work in the Eastern Timezone.
