This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily schedule for the VP of EMEA, managing calendaring and organizing both internal and external meetings and commitments.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, such as 1:1s, board meetings, and partner meetings, while assisting with any necessary documentation.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the leadership team, including flights, accommodations, scheduling, and expense reconciliation.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive by coordinating cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department leaders on strategic planning, priority management, and optimizing executive productivity.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Revenue Executive Assistant team, which includes conducting 1:1s, performance management, and career development.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and proactively engage in tasks that boost the productivity of the leadership team.
• Organize team events and activities that foster community-building.
• Maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders while upholding strict confidentiality.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a high-performing administrative team.
• Prior experience collaborating with senior leaders in a dynamic, innovative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in speaking to C-level stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, demonstrating discretion, tact, and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of remaining calm under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently.
• Experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
