This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee the daily schedule for the SVP of People, which includes managing calendars, arranging both internal and external meetings, and handling additional commitments.
• Facilitate the organization of internal and external meetings, such as 1:1s, board meetings, and partner meetings, while assisting with relevant documentation.
• Manage travel logistics and arrangements for the leadership team, encompassing flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reconciliation.
• Act as a strategic ally to the executive, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department leaders on strategic planning, priority setting, and executive productivity enhancements.
• Supervise the daily operations of a portion of the EA team, including one-on-one meetings, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Lead the overall EA team to foster collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Discover opportunities to add value, streamline operations and processes, and proactively support leadership.
• Organize team events and activities aimed at community building.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a high-performing administrative team.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of others and take proactive steps to address them.
• Prior experience collaborating with senior leaders in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, demonstrating discretion, tact, and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; maintains composure under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Enjoys a blend of collaborative and independent work environments.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
