This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Take full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of designated events, trade shows, conferences, association programs, and partner activations.
• Create event-specific strategies that align with pipeline objectives, branding, and customer engagement targets.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics to enhance event performance.
• Assess performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage event budgets from initial forecasting to final reconciliation.
• Monitor expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
• Provide ROI reporting and pipeline attribution analysis using Salesforce.
• Oversee venue coordination, booth design and setup, vendor selection, equipment rentals, freight and shipping, and staffing on-site.
• Handle registration, attendee communications, travel arrangements, and speaker logistics.
• Organize collateral, giveaways, and promotional materials.
• Maintain timelines, checklists, contingency plans, inventory tracking, and production schedules.
• Act as the on-site lead, delivering operational and logistical support for large-scale company-hosted events.
• Cultivate relationships with associations, event organizers, and strategic partners.
• Plan and implement partner-sponsored events and co-branded activations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Brand & Communications teams.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and post-event follow-up initiatives.
• Ensure accurate lead capture and Salesforce entry.
• Document processes and enhance workflows for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Juggle multiple complex projects while ensuring high-quality execution.
• Over 5 years of experience in independently managing B2B trade shows, conferences, association marketing programs, and/or partner events.
• Proven track record of managing events from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, freight coordination, and on-site execution.
• Proficient in Salesforce for lead tracking and ROI reporting.
• Familiarity with essential marketing and operations tools, including Hubspot, Asana, Notion, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Experience collaborating with event vendors such as Freeman.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Willingness to travel and lead on-site event execution, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 15–20%.
• Must reside in one of the specified states to be eligible.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
