Senior Event Project Manager – Pharma Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of multiple large-scale, intricate pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.

• Act as the primary senior-level contact for a major pharmaceutical client.

• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding project execution, strategy, and best practices.

• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulatory obligations.

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and reporting.

• Proactively identify challenges and handle escalations effectively.

• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

• Contribute to organizational knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in managing event projects.

• Significant experience collaborating with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients, especially in HCP events.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards in Germany and globally.

• Proven track record in managing complex international projects with multiple stakeholders and large event budgets.

• Demonstrated capability to serve as a trusted advisor and influence senior client-side stakeholders.

• Strong familiarity with attendee management tools, particularly Cvent.

• Excellent operational project management abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.

• Readiness and capability to take ownership, navigate uncertainty and change, and consistently deliver results.
