Senior Especialista de Compras y Contratos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic purchasing and contracting processes.

• Ensure the supply of goods and services in line with Eramine's operational and corporate standards.

• Develop sourcing strategies and create value through advanced negotiations.

• Manage suppliers and align regional and corporate synergies.

• Design and implement sourcing strategies for critical categories.

• Lead long-term contract negotiations with strategic suppliers.

• Coordinate complex bidding processes (RFQ/RFP) and proposal evaluations.

• Manage supplier performance and provide support during audits.

• Utilize SAP-MM for issuing, tracking, and generating purchase order reports.

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

• Promote ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.

• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to identify synergy opportunities and value generation.

• Report to the Purchasing Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing or supply chain roles.

• Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors will be valued.

• Strong knowledge in advanced negotiation and strategic sourcing methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP-MM (mandatory).

• Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).

• Experience in market research and supplier evaluation.

• Advanced English (C1 level or higher, mandatory).

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

• High autonomy, adaptability, and decision-making ability.

• Strong results orientation and collaborative work ethic.
