This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for Escrow and Virtual Account Management solutions.
• Recognize emerging client requirements, industry trends, competitive challenges, and fintech opportunities.
• Establish product positioning and value propositions across Commercial Banking, Business Banking, and specialized vertical markets.
• Create a multi-year product vision that aligns with deposits, liquidity, and treasury management strategies.
• Construct business cases, secure funding, set success metrics, and oversee prioritization.
• Collaborate with Technology and Agile delivery teams to execute product initiatives.
• Lead the advancement of the Virtual Account Management platform, focusing on account hierarchies, cash concentration, fund segregation, reporting, reconciliation, integrations, and governance.
• Design product strategies tailored for specific customer segments, and understand their workflows, regulatory requirements, reconciliation challenges, and reporting needs.
• Work alongside Treasury Management, Sales, Segment Management, and Marketing to increase adoption.
• Develop pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and client-facing value propositions.
• Assist in large prospect opportunities and strategic client interactions.
• Ensure that products comply with regulatory, legal, risk management, compliance, operational, and audit standards.
• Enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and process improvements.
• Deliver roadmap capabilities, increase revenue and adoption, enhance client satisfaction and retention, lower operational complexity and costs, and improve competitive differentiation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of demonstrated product management experience in commercial banking, treasury management, liquidity solutions, or payments.
• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 11 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 7 years of proven product management experience in commercial banking, treasury management, liquidity solutions, or payments.
• Familiarity with escrow services, Virtual Account Management, ZBA and Sweep solutions, Treasury Management platforms, ERP integrations, and commercial deposit products.
• Understanding of commercial real estate, property management, legal trust, and fund administration workflows.
• Proven track record in launching and commercializing new banking or fintech capabilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional product delivery initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of commercial deposit and liquidity products.
• Capability to create product roadmaps and business cases.
• Experience working with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Sales organizations.
