This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Oversee and provide strategic support for Oracle Cloud (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll) and UKG (Timekeeping & Scheduling) platforms throughout the health system.
• Establish and maintain effective demand management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Direct centralized ERP governance to enhance prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional execution.
• Manage the ERP and UKG roadmap, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business requirements and EIS capabilities.
• Foster collaboration with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and EIS teams to boost process efficiency and optimize platform performance.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and governance forums, providing reports on ERP performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and scale portfolio and resource management standards, encompassing planning, resource management, integration points, and alignment with adjacent service lines and enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee the lifecycles of ERP initiatives, including scoping, budgeting, resource planning, activation, and portfolio-health monitoring.
• Lead special projects, dedicating up to 10% of time to translating customer needs, meeting outcomes, status reporting, and customer relationship management.
• Ensure that Oracle Cloud and UKG applications remain strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and continuously evolved to meet organizational objectives.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in IT program or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and within budget throughout the entire lifecycle of healthcare technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Payroll (preferred).
• Experience with UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling (preferred).
• Outstanding skills in executive communication, resource alignment, and cross-functional facilitation.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certification (preferred).
• Remote work may be offered to candidates located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, or Texas.
