Senior ERP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Finance, Operations, Growth, and Technology teams to gather requirements and convert business needs into ERP solutions.

• Prioritize the systems roadmap for the entire company.

• Oversee the architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as the primary system for DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL automation.

• Manage integrations with platforms such as Shopify/Recharge, 3PL systems, Ramp, EDI, and others.

• Monitor integrations, address errors, and establish recovery processes.

• Set governance protocols for script deployments, sandbox and release management, API concurrency, change control, and documentation.

• Create AI-enhanced workflows utilizing LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tools.

• Collaborate with the Controller and accounting teams on automation for closing processes, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and readiness for audits.

• Design custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches tailored for non-technical users.

• Provide end-user training, support, enablement, and technical documentation.

• Oversee systems projects, manage implementation partners, consultants, budgets, and forecasting for the ERP/SaaS stack.

• Assess and integrate new tools.

• Act as the escalation point for systems incidents, performing diagnostic testing, root-cause analysis, and implementing durable fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in ERP/business systems roles.

• More than 5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity setting.

• In-depth knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication.

• Experience in building and debugging production Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets.

• Extensive experience with iPaaS platforms, with a strong preference for Celigo.

• Familiarity with high-volume integration patterns, concurrency management, and error recovery.

• Background in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses with order volumes reaching the hundreds of thousands.

• Experience in configuring and supporting EDI connections such as EDI 850, 810, and 856.

• Proficient use of LLMs, agents, Claude, and MCP for AI-augmented development and automation with appropriate guardrails.

• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse integration; Snowflake is preferred.

• Fluency in cloud computing and the contemporary SaaS ecosystem.

• Understanding of order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, and procure-to-pay processes.

• Experience in managing software budgets, forecasting systems expenditures, and delivering cross-functional implementations.

• Strong skills in communication, analytical problem-solving, business acumen, collaboration, mentoring, governance, documentation, systems thinking, and architecture.

• NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer certification is a plus.
