Senior ERP Dynamics Supply Chain Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess clients’ business requirements and convert them into functional solutions within D365 F&O.

• Create, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions tailored for logistics.

• Address areas such as warehouse management (WMS), inventory control, purchasing, sales, and distribution.

• Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements in the D365 F&O Supply Chain module.

• Participate in all stages of ERP projects, from initial project scoping to go-live and ongoing post-implementation support.

• Develop functional documentation, including requirement specifications, testing scenarios, and user manuals.

• Configure modules to enhance process efficiencies.

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and share industry best practices.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure integration with the finance and production modules of D365 F&O.

• Facilitate client workshops, offer strategic guidance, and influence technology and organizational choices.

• Establish reliable relationships and ensure transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• A decade of experience in ERP implementations, including multiple full-cycle implementation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, encompassing WMS, order management, purchasing, sales, and inventory.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to full-cycle ERP projects.

• Capability to mentor and guide clients in both strategic and operational decision-making.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
