Client Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of the transportation and logistics sector, including the factors that affect the market, carriers, and clients.

• Gain familiarity with transportation management systems and customer support workflows.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Redwood’s clientele.

• Supervise daily operations for essential customer accounts.

• Execute data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with the Account Management and Freight Audit & Pay teams to manage existing carrier and customer relationships.

• Investigate and provide solutions for order delays, missed pickups, missed deliveries, and damaged freight.

• Communicate relevant updates proactively to customers and internal teams.

• Respond to phone inquiries promptly.

• Learn system shortcuts to reduce administrative workload.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Proactive problem solver and attentive listener with the capacity to multitask.

• 1-2 years of business experience in a bilingual setting.

• Preferred logistics experience, though not mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of creating and maintaining reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Strong background in customer service.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.
