Manager, Supply Chain Pricing Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, create, and implement pricing strategies across retail pharmacy, mail pharmacy, specialty, rebate aggregators, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Assist in enhancing overall supply chain operations and strategic planning.

• Cultivate and expand relationships with essential pricing and business intelligence contacts within the supply chain.

• Utilize data analytics and economic modeling to back pharmacy benefit proposals.

• Assess market opportunities and pinpoint new channels for the sales team.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams regarding pricing strategies.

• Develop enablement materials such as playbooks, cheat sheets, objection-handling guides, and FAQs.

• Engage in and lead partner meetings, showcasing SmithRx's differentiators and value propositions.

• Prepare materials and support both internal and external training sessions.

• Monitor and illustrate client value and ROI from strategic partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare technology, or the PBM sector.

• More than 3 years of experience in pricing strategy, pharmacy reimbursement, or business intelligence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert complex internal processes and data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, Looker or BI platforms, and analytical tools.

• Thorough understanding of pharmacy reimbursement, pricing benchmarks, PBM client pricing, and the competitive landscape.

• Experience in commercial insurance (self-funded programs), relationship management, data-driven analysis, and external presentations.
