Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee ERP implementation projects from the initial discovery phase to go-live and ongoing support.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Work closely with clients to grasp their requirements and propose customized ERP solutions.

• Manage activities related to data migration, validation, and system integration.

• Provide support and resolve functional and technical ERP challenges.

• Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to end users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure positive outcomes for clients.

• Participate in continuous product and process enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Strong comprehension of business process enhancement and optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in project management and delivering results within defined scope and timelines.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Preference for candidates located in Western Canada.

• Background in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI is a plus.
