This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Drive new business sales and profitability in the Northwest region.
β’ Commit to an annual sales budget and create a business plan to meet territorial goals.
β’ Project the monthly equipment pipeline.
β’ Provide weekly activity reports and represent the company with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
β’ Share insights, market trends, and competitive activities with management.
β’ Adhere to relevant GMP and ISO 9001 standards and procedures.
β’ Achieve or surpass annual revenue and profit targets while managing an expense budget.
β’ Conduct tailored sales demonstrations for surgeons, operating room personnel, and facility management.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate lead sharing.
β’ Manage accounts after equipment sales in conjunction with Posterior and Anterior specialists.
β’ Maintain, review, and utilize territory records to effectively organize, plan, execute, and evaluate results.
β’ Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration regarding product operation, utilization, and applications.
β’ Deliver accurate written and verbal communications to management about monthly sales activities.
β’ Operate a cost center while managing sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable.
β’ Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates on opportunities, leads, and the sales funnel.
β’ Identify synergy opportunities with other ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners.
β’ Develop innovative and profitable marketing strategies to meet regional needs.
β’ Complete and submit paperwork and requested information thoroughly and promptly.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β’ At least five (5+) years of sales experience.
β’ High level of technical and clinical product knowledge.
β’ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
β’ Strong organizational and communication abilities.
β’ Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software.
β’ Outstanding negotiation and diplomacy skills.
β’ Expertise in product application and implications for practice management.
β’ Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
β’ Stay updated on and comply with relevant GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
