Senior Epic Cogito Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, implementation, optimization, and continuous support of Epic Cogito reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders to ensure that reporting solutions align with organizational priorities and strategic decision-making.

• Act as a liaison among business stakeholders, reporting developers, data architects, application teams, and organizational leadership.

• Provide support for Epic Cogito ecosystem tools, including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito SQL Reporting, and other related data and analytics tools.

• Assist in Epic reporting, analytics, and enterprise data warehouse initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in supporting technical projects within the healthcare or enterprise IT sectors.

• Practical experience with Epic Cogito, including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and Cogito SQL Reporting.

• Proficient in SQL and healthcare data analysis.

• Experience with Microsoft SSIS packages and Cogito extracts.

• Background in supporting Epic reporting, analytics, and/or enterprise data warehouse initiatives.

• Knowledge of healthcare data models, clinical workflows, and reporting requirements.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional technical initiatives.

• Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification is mandatory.
