This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide support to Radiant, primarily concentrating on Breast Imaging workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technical elements of Epic applications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to outline technical systems and enhancements.
• Investigate business requirements and convert them into standardized workflow and build specifications.
• Evaluate Epic vendor software updates and assess their implications for the business.
• Develop complex functions, including the creation of application tables and reports.
• Lead functional teams or projects that involve moderate resource needs, risks, and/or complexities.
• Oversee the creation and revision of testing scripts to align with business requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate application issues.
• Collaborate with the technology service center to ensure a high first-call response rate.
• Conduct routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems.
• Generate, analyze, prioritize, and organize technical requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts.
• Address unique challenges with significant business impact and guide others in resolving complex issues.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
• A minimum of five years of experience specifically with Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions.
• Experience in Epic builds.
• Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules.
• Regularly lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing between 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and performing repetitive foot, leg, hand, and arm movements.
• Regularly utilize vision and depth perception for distances both near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more), as well as to identify and differentiate colors.
• Regularly use hearing and speech to communicate information orally.
• Frequent keyboard use and data entry.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip.
• Occasionally lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing between 25-50 lbs.
• Rarely climb.
