Senior Enterprise Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical demonstrations of Tenable’s platform products to prospective clients

• Manage enterprise software trials and Proof of Value assessments

• Address client challenges and business requirements with expert consultative security and compliance

• Respond to technical inquiries and occasionally present at local events and conferences

• Collaborate with sales representatives to meet or surpass revenue goals

• Assist local partners in enterprise transactions

• Handle RFIs and RFPs

• Facilitate demos, workshops, technical meetings, events, webinars, and Capture the Flag activities

• Foster enduring relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent/native proficiency in Danish and English

• Experience with Nessus or similar network scanning technologies

• Strong foundational understanding of TCP/IP and network security principles

• Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape both on-premises and in the cloud, encompassing CMDB, ticketing, patch management, and PAM

• Knowledge of international and local compliance standards, including NIS2, DORA, PCI, FISMA, SOX, NERC, CIS, and DIS STIG

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Capability to tailor communication to different audiences and articulate problems and solutions

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory

• Ability to cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues

• 5–7 years of relevant Pre-Sales Engineer experience (preferred qualification)

• Cloud certifications in AWS, GCP, and/or Azure; CISSP or equivalent (preferred qualifications)

• Experience with enterprise-class operating systems at the security admin level (preferred qualification)

• Experience utilizing AI capabilities (preferred qualification)

• Proficiency in Docker, DevOps, API scripting, and Python SDK (preferred qualifications)
