• Take ownership of collaborative go-to-market strategies with key mobile network operators and ecosystem partners.
• Create initiatives aimed at boosting partner adoption, utilization, and growth.
• Implement joint launches, marketing campaigns, customer narratives, enablement programs, events, and demand-generation activities.
• Discover opportunities for partnership expansion by analyzing partner insights, market trends, customer behaviors, and business objectives.
• Transform unclear opportunities into organized programs with defined goals, responsible parties, timelines, and success metrics.
• Establish repeatable partner marketing processes for a global ecosystem.
• Develop scalable partner enablement frameworks, programs, and resources.
• Produce partner-facing presentations, solution documents, customer stories, training materials, and collateral using AI technologies.
• Tailor programs to suit partner profiles, markets, customer demographics, and geographical regions.
• Collaborate with global partners across various time zones.
• Analyze the global NTN and satellite connectivity landscape, including partners, customers, competitors, and ecosystem trends.
• Identify barriers to adoption and growth opportunities through data, feedback, behaviors, and market insights.
• Consolidate analyst research, competitor activities, partner actions, and customer signals into actionable recommendations.
• Assess partner marketing effectiveness and inform investment and experimental strategies.
• Design and implement partner-centric marketing campaigns and activations.
• Represent Skylo in engagements with partners at industry events, product launches, conferences, and activations.
• Synchronize internal teams and external vendors on fast-paced timelines.
• Enhance the partner marketing playbook based on performance outcomes.
• Utilize and experiment with AI-driven workflows for research, content creation, analysis, personalization, campaign execution, and operational follow-through.
• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, channel marketing, strategic partnerships, go-to-market strategies, product marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners or clients.
• History of achieving measurable partner adoption, engagement, pipeline, utilization, revenue, or other key business metrics.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth obstacles and convert opportunities into actionable programs.
• Experience collaborating directly with external partner marketing, business development, sales, or product teams.
• Capacity to structure nebulous opportunities and carry them through from conception to completion.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management abilities across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Communications, and executive teams.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to identify issues, prioritize opportunities, and assess outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to operations with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar in everyday tasks.
• Ability to show how AI has enhanced productivity or results.
• An inquisitive nature and eagerness to learn about and integrate new AI tools and workflows.
• Experience managing external vendors and partners under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in developing and executing programs across global markets and time zones.
• Previous experience in B2B technology, telecommunications, connectivity, cloud solutions, hardware, or deep tech is highly preferred.
