This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Retain clients, cultivate sustainable relationships, and comprehend the solution suite to enhance service offerings.
• Drive renewals and manage the complete expansion sales process within the customer base.
• Seek and develop new and expansion opportunities within designated accounts.
• Formulate account plans that align with strategic business objectives of clients.
• Determine success metrics for solutions and manage progress against the account plan.
• Upsell to ensure product adoption, renegotiate KPIs, and secure additional budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key partners to achieve program outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Track industry and technology trends to educate and advocate for clients.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to client teams.
• Focus on client engagement, maximize revenue growth and efficiency, identify opportunities, and implement retention strategies.
• Implement proposal management and optimization strategies across the client portfolio.
• Communicate new features and growth opportunities while establishing expectations and adhering to deadlines.
• Facilitate internal problem-solving discussions to add value, address challenges, and achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure and continuously assess client satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, Benefits Consulting, SaaS, or Healthcare.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with National Accounts in strategic selling and/or customer service roles.
• Demonstrated ability to establish internal and external partnerships at all organizational levels.
• Capability to lead through influence in a matrixed leadership environment.
• Ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience.
• Outstanding presentation skills suitable for the VP level.
• Proficient in using facts and data to narrate stories that drive sales.
• Excellent knowledge and use of Salesforce for pipeline management, account oversight, and forecasting accuracy.
• Proven ability to utilize resources effectively to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Proven resilience and tenacity while working under pressure.
• Must reside in the U.S.
