This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive lifecycle management of enterprise SaaS applications, encompassing evaluation, procurement, deployment, optimization, renewal, and retirement.
• Oversee the enterprise application portfolio, which includes Slack, Zoom, Miro, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and tools for collaboration, HR, finance, and security.
• Spearhead SaaS procurement and vendor management activities, including contract negotiations, renewals, cost optimization, and license management.
• Facilitate SaaS testing, onboarding, and rollout while ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, AI, SOX, and Compliance teams on risk assessments, security evaluations, and ongoing audits.
• Assess AI-driven tools and platforms to guide decisions regarding enterprise AI adoption.
• Maintain security, compliance, and data integrity across all enterprise applications.
• Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning from a SaaS viewpoint, including necessary documentation, reviews, and audits.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the SaaS ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate efforts between technical and non-technical teams.
• Establish and uphold support, documentation, and governance processes to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
• Engage with stakeholders and independently drive initiatives from inception to execution.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS portfolio management, or enterprise IT, demonstrating strong end-to-end ownership.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms, including Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Miro, DocuSign, and similar tools.
• In-depth understanding of the complete SaaS lifecycle, covering procurement, implementation, renewals, and decommissioning.
• Experience collaborating closely with Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and SOX teams.
• Solid knowledge of AI tools and platforms, including the ability to assess, evaluate, and govern them from security and compliance perspectives.
• Proven capability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing effectively at scale.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for working across various teams and influencing stakeholders.
• A proactive and initiative-driven mindset, with the capability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
