Application Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and propose engineered cooling and refrigeration solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Assist in selecting equipment, determining sizing, and establishing technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams on customer-related projects.

• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Offer technical assistance throughout the proposal and application stages.

• Partner with international engineering teams to develop innovative cooling solutions.

• Provide support to customers across various industries.

• Utilize technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration, heat exchangers, and advanced cooling technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in applications engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchangers, thermal systems, industrial refrigeration, heat transfer, or similar engineered equipment.

• Experience with evaporators, condensers, coils, dry coolers, heat exchangers, or industrial refrigeration systems is preferred.

• Understanding of refrigeration principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.

• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.

• Excellent technical, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and customer interaction skills.

• Must be able to obtain a passport and travel internationally.
