This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive growth strategy for a selection of high-potential AEC accounts.
• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance ARR through upselling, cross-selling, and solution implementation.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers around the globe.
• Create and deliver ROI and business value assessments to support investments in the Chaos ecosystem.
• Spearhead negotiations and the finalization of intricate, multi-year expansion agreements.
• Recognize workflow transformation opportunities and position Chaos within clients’ design and visualization frameworks.
• Establish and oversee a long-term sales pipeline while providing precise expansion revenue projections.
• Stay informed about global AEC trends, digital transformation, competitive landscapes, and client priorities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or a related technology field.
• Proven record of consistently surpassing expansion and net-new revenue objectives in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales context.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and enhancing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with responsibility for upselling and cross-selling results throughout extended sales cycles.
• In-depth knowledge of AEC workflows, digital design and visualization technologies, including BIM and real-time rendering, as well as SaaS licensing models.
• Experience in negotiating and securing intricate, multi-year enterprise contracts, including executive-level business cases that illustrate TCO and ROI.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions and manage lengthy sales processes.
• Proven experience in establishing relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Capability to create account plans and pipeline strategies utilizing data and account intelligence.
• Proficient at proactively identifying expansion opportunities and building pipeline.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives.
• Competent in working independently and managing territory, pipeline, and stakeholder relationships.
• Skilled in interpreting sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals for prioritization and forecasting.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
