This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement territory and account strategies.
• Generate new pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, events, and customer referrals.
• Maintain pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and a metrics-driven sales approach.
• Conduct executive discovery sessions led by insights and formulate target-state narratives and mutual action plans.
• Foster alignment within CFO/CIO-led purchasing committees.
• Manage business cases, pricing strategies, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and the closure of deals.
• Assess and articulate business value, including capacity optimization, cycle-time reduction, compliance enhancements, and simplification of technology stacks.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for workshops and demonstrations while addressing security, integration, and rollout issues.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure implementation readiness, define success metrics, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Guarantee seamless transitions from deal closure to project kickoff.
• Position BLP favorably against niche tools and fragmented automation solutions.
• Anticipate and counter competitive strategies.
• 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or equivalent complex solution sales background.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to lead insight-driven enterprise sales cycles, evaluate impact, and mobilize purchasing committees.
• Strong executive presence with CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Shared Services.
• Proficient in navigating enterprise procurement processes.
• Ability to handle complex, multi-threaded deals utilizing mutual action plans, MEDDICC-style qualification, and disciplined forecasting practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills with presales/Solutions Engineering and post-sales teams.
• Exposure to ERP/SAP systems or experience in selling to finance, procurement, or shared services transformation projects.
• Background in selling workflow, RPA, process-mining, or IDP automation solutions.
• Experience with global enterprise implementations and managing multi-country stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and German, or another major European language as required by the territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
