Senior Enrollment Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of the student recruitment process for client institutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students concerning client programs, application procedures, and enrollment details.

• Facilitate student engagement and deliver retention services, including support after the enrollment process when necessary.

• Provide ongoing registration assistance, course selection support, and manage total student enrollment portfolios for relevant accounts.

• Handle over 100 calls daily at times, engaging prospective students to assess their interests and elucidate pertinent program features.

• Supply comprehensive and precise program information to aid informed enrollment choices.

• Manage recruitment pipelines for assigned accounts, conduct interviews with prospective students, and oversee enrollment procedures.

• Assist in gathering transcripts, resumes, letters of reference, and other necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with management and clients to develop and implement effective enrollment processes and strategies.

• Communicate directly with clients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.

• Log all interactions in a CRM system.

• Handle paperwork and provide timely updates to account leads and management.

• Follow up with enrolled students to confirm timely registration and accurate enrollment figures.

• Participate in the training and development of EMS colleagues.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Enrollment Coach II: 2–4 years of experience in a consultative sales role, with a strong understanding of the higher education sector.

• Senior Enrollment Coach: 5+ years of experience in a consultative sales role, with a thorough knowledge of the higher education field.

• Prior experience in a consultative sales role that requires attention to detail and engagement with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with the higher education landscape, including online education, graduate degrees, and the education services sector.

• Capability to work on new accounts while processes are being developed.

• Understanding of the consultative sales methodology with previous experience necessitating in-depth product knowledge.

• Outstanding conversational skills.

• Ability to manage a large database of prospective student inquiries and handle over 100 calls daily at times.

• Competence in maintaining compliance and accurately documenting student interactions.

• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
