Senior Engineer – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve incidents and service requests within established SLAs.

• Diagnose and deliver functional and technical solutions across ServiceNow modules.

• Create enhancements, workflows, catalog items, and platform configurations.

• Assist with integrations and automation projects.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and suggest long-term resolutions.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders on a global scale.

• Monitor platform performance to ensure stability.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

• Support testing and user acceptance processes.

• Promote the adoption of ServiceNow best practices and functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical ServiceNow experience.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.

• Proficient in ITSM.

• Familiarity with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

• Knowledge of Service Catalog / Catalog Management.

• Experience with Flow Designer.

• Skilled in Integration Hub.

• Knowledge of Virtual Agent.

• Experience with Now Assist.

• Proficient in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Glide API.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

• Knowledge of workflow automation.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Fluent in English communication.

• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and occasionally align with India business hours.

• CIS Certifications (ITSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD) are a plus.

• Experience with ITOM and HRSD modules is advantageous.

• Agile/Scrum experience is a bonus.

• Experience in global enterprise settings is desirable.
