• Take ownership of the complete architecture for distributed, cloud-native systems, from infrastructure-as-code to production operations.

• Create Architecture Decision Records to establish standards across various projects.

• Convert vague business requirements into well-defined, actionable technical plans.

• Foster alignment among product and engineering stakeholders.

• Elevate the team's technical standards through code reviews, design evaluations, and mentorship.

• Promote the professional growth of engineers within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in English at a C1 level or above.

• Significant experience in professional software development, excluding internships.

• Extensive programming expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proven experience in leading the design or architecture of both new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.

• Background in developing cloud-native applications and platforms utilizing Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, SQS, SNS, and ECS, with a focus on architectural decisions regarding cost, performance, and scalability.

• Experience with or enthusiasm for generative AI.

• Background as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.

• Experience in leading the design, development, and deployment of complex, high-performance software solutions in production.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
