This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop AI-enhanced tools, workflow automations, agents, prompts, and integrations that minimize manual tasks and boost both individual and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-friction workflows, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Implement AI-augmented collaboration methods such as meeting intelligence, document creation, contextual knowledge retrieval, task automation, and internal assistant workflows.
• Create and maintain internal enablement resources, including prompt templates, agent examples, skill templates, playbooks, and usage instructions.
• Gather user feedback and operational data to enhance adoption, usability, reliability, and measured impact.
• Design and sustain reusable AI components, including connectors, integration adapters, prompt modules, data pipelines, skill templates, and service wrappers.
• Contribute to shared component libraries through established quality, documentation, versioning, testing, and deprecation processes.
• Integrate AI functionalities with enterprise systems, collaboration tools, knowledge repositories, data platforms, and workflow automation systems.
• Produce developer-focused documentation, examples, and onboarding materials to aid other teams in safely and efficiently adopting shared AI components.
• Recognize repeatable patterns from project work and transform them into reusable assets for wider enterprise utilization.
• Apply engineering controls for data management, access oversight, prompt safety, output validation, audit logging, and secure integration methodologies.
• Adhere to enterprise AI architecture and governance standards while reporting gaps, risks, or implementation challenges to technical leads.
• Create or maintain dashboards for tracking AI usage, adoption, policy compliance, cost visibility, error trends, and operational health.
• Assist in the lifecycle activities of models, prompts, and agents, including evaluation, version tracking, testing, deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
• Engage in security, privacy, and governance reviews by providing implementation specifics, evidence, and support for remediation.
• Equip AI solutions to capture usage, performance, cost, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Support cost optimization initiatives through usage analysis, model efficiency enhancements, license rationalization feedback, and service tuning.
• Help link AI solution usage to quantifiable outcomes such as time savings, error reduction, throughput enhancement, and capacity creation.
• Work alongside Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, Data, Finance, and business unit teams to provide dependable AI capabilities within a matrixed environment.
• Participate in AI communities of practice by sharing insights, reusable patterns, demonstrations, and implementation guidance.
• Progressive experience in developing enterprise software, automation, data, AI, or digital workplace solutions.
• Practical experience integrating large language models, generative AI tools, APIs, RAG systems, agents, prompt workflows, or AI-assisted automation into production or enterprise settings.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including API design, testing, observability, documentation, secure coding practices, and maintainable implementation methodologies.
• Experience in building integrations with enterprise systems, collaboration platforms, knowledge repositories, data platforms, or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts such as access controls, data classification, audit logging, prompt safety, output validation, and model/prompt versioning.
• Capability to translate ambiguous business workflows into actionable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience in instrumenting systems with telemetry, logging, dashboards, usage metrics, or cost/performance monitoring.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach suitable for engaging with business, engineering, security, legal, and data teams.
