This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead significant client engagements to achieve successful results in collaboration with Network to Code’s Managing Consultants.
• Provide Agile coaching and advocate for Agile transformation for major clients.
• Formulate and implement strategies that help clients attain desired business outcomes through network automation.
• Organize, monitor, and communicate project-related activities in accordance with established processes, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Evaluate and oversee client satisfaction and the health of initiatives.
• Proactively identify issues and coordinate solutions with project teams.
• Take responsibility for the internal aspects of successful project delivery at Network to Code.
• Oversee team communications, structure, and staffing throughout various project phases.
• Address project challenges, issues, and escalations effectively.
• Provide executive-level oral and written updates on achievements, ongoing tasks, risks, obstacles, dependencies, and necessary client interventions.
• Identify and manage inter-team dependencies.
• Recognize risks, foresee potential effects, and create contingency plans.
• Eliminate obstacles, mediate conflicts, facilitate decision-making, and drive resolutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload while assessing scope, budget, and timeline trade-offs.
• Identify process and delivery inefficiencies and collaborate with Network to Code teams to address them.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Network to Code project execution team.
• Build trust-based relationships with client teams, particularly with stakeholders and leaders.
• Report directly to the PMO Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing customer-facing projects.
• Strong skills in engagement and project management, including conceptualization, analysis, driving alignment, resource planning, milestone and objective management, and Agile practices.
• Capability to coordinate multiple projects and organize diverse team members, including developers, engineers, and clients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate activities to meet various Agile deadlines while thriving under pressure.
• Capacity to work remotely and independently.
• Proven track record of facilitating successful outcomes by cultivating cohesive teams.
• Experience in managing resistance constructively and professionally in challenging situations.
• Strong situational awareness, foresight, and the ability to identify, plan for, and resolve delivery dependencies and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative to organize and align teams for focused delivery.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with extensive experience in an agile/adaptable environment.
• Strong skills in presenting, listening, comprehension, verbal, written communication, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira and the software development lifecycle.
• Relevant start-up experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
